I agree wholeheartedly with previous commentators. I booked a car with them early august, paid the required deposit, then 2 days later was told the car I booked wasn't available, but they could offer me another car, which was way more expensive. I declined, have sent 5 e-mails requesting my deposit back, have had no replies to my last 4 e-mails, and still no refund. I will never use this company again, and will take whatever means possible to retrieve my deposit.

I had the exact same experience. I then got onto my Visa company and sent them full details of my payment to okreserved, and how I got no replies from them asking for my money back. Visa retrieved my money back from this outragious crowd, and have recredited it to my visa a/c. I would advise all who made payment this way to go down this route, and not let this company away with holding onto people's hard earned money.

I have had the same problem as other complainants. However I got my money back from this despicable company by going thru my visa company, who withdrew my money from the company because they gave me no servise. I advise all in the same predicament to do the same thing, and advise all others never to use this company for car hire.

This company is a total con. Don't do it. I applied online to request a car for a holiday in Ibiza. They were very quick to take 1 day rental as a deposit. They then emailed me to say no car available and that I would get a refund. Guess what? Still waiting for a refund despite several emails to their email address. They also don't answer the phones now. Their phone numbers are based in london. So have traced their location. So might pay 'frank' and his curry friends a visit to collect my money in person! Lol just reading the comments about frank! He's emailed me 6 times to say he's processing my refund. . What goes around comes around, and its coming. #karmapolice P.s any chance of getting my money back you robbing bastards?

It's become clear to me that this business is a scam that takes peoples deposits for car rental rates they dont actually have, then when they are unable to provide a car at these prices, they lie and say your deposit will be refunded, but the deposit is NEVER refunded. I have emailed and called for 8 months, I might pay there 'office' a visit one day. Ripped off consumer
