I can see your order in our systems, and wow that did take a long time to get to you! We sincerely apologize for that. We (incorrectly) decided to do a large inventory count over the Holidays and it was mis-managed. The warehouse manager at the time has been sacked. I am really sorry you did not get your cookbooks on time.

Our records indicate that this order was entered into our system on 1/13/2009 and was shipped 2/10/2009. This is slightly loner than we usually take however for that time period it was standard for orders to take 1 month to be processed.

Our records indicate that this order was entered into our system on 2/12/2009 and was shipped 3/31/2009. This is a long time to wait, I agree, however we have since changed our shipping practices and items ordered online or by phone are usually turned around within 24 hours.
