clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints We recieved a pkg in mail from Clearpoint. It did not have our correct address on it, just the road name. There were 2 sets of the Rival Crock pot recipe books. I have never heard of this company nor ever purchased anything. When I called to get some information, I even spoke to a supervisor to no avail. They told me the order was paid for by check and ordered by my husband. I told them that was incorrect. I have requested a copy of the "check" that was sent, but have not received anything. Very poor customer service. I have never heard of them before and hope to never hear from them again.

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints How is it I still see adds for the Rival Crockpot recipe books, and people say their orders were never filled, but charges were made to accounts? I was going to order 3 sets of these for my daughters, but it doesn't look like so much of a good buy when we do not receive merchandise for our money.

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I ordered compression hose from Clear Point on 05 Jan. 2010 check was cashed on 21 Jan 2010, no merchandise yet and I cannot reach anyone by phone to find out the status of this order!! This was advertised in one of the Sunday Paper fliers and must have been costly, will I ever get my order??? Who knows???

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I ordered a set of bra on 2-01-10,sent check which was cashed on the 18th of Feb. Called was told ordered would be shipped on the 26th of Feb. Its the 13th of March still no order.

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints On 02/01/2010 I ordered a set o 3 EDIBLE CRAFT IDEAS On march 1 I called and was told it was sent ,called again march17 and was told the sent it and it would take 4 to 6 weeks for it to get here.I asked what mail service do you use she said its coming postal. It is03/29/2010 and I have yet to receive my order they dont reply to emails.
