Overall: +43 iherb customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I have been ordering from Iherb over 4 years and have never, and I repeat, never experienced a problem with with order. When I contacted customer service regarding a product that tasted spoiled, they either credited my account or sent a replacement. Iherb has offerded the best customer service and products at the best prices. I have also given them referrals and the customers were very much satisfied. Truly, I am beyond shocked to even hear that someone thinks Iherb is a scam.

iherb customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I have been an iherb customer for 5 years.I have never had a problem with delayed delivery,order errors,poor customer service,or unauthorized charges.I can only surmise that the people who have complained were in error themselves and probably had similar complaints about other merchants.Or maybe the negative reviews themselves are a scam.Iherb is a trustworthy vendor,as far as i`m concerned.And i`ve used many.

iherb customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I recently purchased from I herb.com and was very impressed with the delivery time and packaging considering it was 2 days prior to Xmas day!
I have also passed on the voucher to a friend who made an order and following the tracking details it is already in Australia!! go iherb!

iherb customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints We've been buying from iHerb for several years without a glitch. Expecting "Perfection" from any business is a bit unrealistic. Consider the number of people who die every year in American Hospitals due to "mistakes."
My iHerb has been excellent.

iherb customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I've done business with iHerb for years. This is a reputable company. I consider them the best source of nutritional supplements in the world. I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of nutrients from them, and never have they done me wrong. I have no idea why people here, are making these preposterous claims against iHerb. But, you can order from them with confidence.
