I will do everything in my power to put this company out of business. They are deceitful,liars,fraudulent and flat out crooks. Today I contacted the better business bureau in the US and Canada. My congressmen And senator were notified. The police dept. And the Canadian Mounties reports were filed. Keep on laughing, someone in this company is going to jail! Say hi to bubba.

I ordered by mail two (2) sleep bras. A check for full payment was included with the order. The check cleared my bank April 6, 2010.; To date, I have received nothing. As stated by other individuals, I will NEVER order from this company again.

"DO NOT" order from this company. I have been in contact with the BBB and a DET SGT. from the Canadien Mounted Police. This so-called company is based in Canada,but has a USA P.O. box. This is a [SCAM]!

I too ordered bras from ClearPoint on 2/18/10 with a check. No bras, no email explanation. Waited over half an hour on the phone, no one ever got back to me. I do not understand why these people are still in business. I am a Senior and this is very nerve wracking to me. The amount of my check was $13.94. So far the check has not cleared my bank. It would cost more to put a stop payment than to let this check clear my account. Where are the government agencies that are supposed to close these companies down for fraud?

20 April 2010 I sent this company a check for $23.91 for 2 sets of bras. 6 weeks later I received a beat up, run over, open package. I looked in 1 package and saw the new ones had 5 hooks when mine has 6. I tried one on and it was too small. There was no size on the lable. I called the company and told her the condition of the package.There was NO invoice. She said it was on the package but I couldn't find it. I told her they were not the size I ordered and she said they run small. This was the first I had heard this as I have previously ordered from them twice and all was OK. 1 June 2010, I paid $8.37 postage and returned the beat up package in another box. They went, from UPS, as USPS Parcel Post/8. On 27 June 2010 I have yet to hear from them. They have my money and 2 times postage and handling and I have NOTHING. Tomorrow I am calling them and will tell them either my bras or my money back including the postage I paid or I report them to Better Business Bureau-AND this is the last time I order from them. YOU MUST BE THE MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY IN THE WORLD. ON MAY 24 TH I SENT YOU A CHECK AND AN ORDER FOR TWO BRAS. WHITE FOR $9.98 PLUS SHIPPING $3.98. ON JUNE 7TH I CALLED TO SEE WHY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM . I TRACED YOUR UNRELIABLE COMPANY ON THE WEB. MY CHECK WAS PAID AND NO MERCHANDISE. THE WOMAN THAT SEEMED TO BE IN ANOTHER WORLD SAID TO ME OH YES YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT HERE IT WILL BE SENT OUT (ONE BLACK AND ONE WHITE RAYON BRAS.
