Overall: +43 iherb customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I ordered 6 products & only received 4- they charged me for all 6. I emailed customer service weeks ago & have not gotten a reply or refund. It seems the company doesn't care one way or another & I will no longer use them for my $200 a month orders....

iherb customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I have had pleasant experiences with iherb in the past but when my most recent shipment failed to arrive 2 months after my order date I began to ask what could be done, they never replied to my emails, and on the phone told me that it was my fault for shipping with an untrackable service.
When my order status changed to "returned" and I was charged a restocking fee I asked to see a proof of shipment as I never returned or refused the shipment nor did my post office.
They downright ignored my request both on phone and online.
NEVER have I ever been so mistreated by a company.
Why would they refuse something so simple, unless they lied and never shipped it out to begin with?
Sure your good experience is good, but when there is a problem they do NOTHING to help you.

They do NOT ship !!!!
I bought same product from Ebay and that came within a week!
iHerbs has sent NOTHING since TWO MONTHS back in time !!!

iherb customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints THEY ARE FAKE...AND GOOD REVIEWS WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES...I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY ORDERING FROM THEM NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS....THEY IGNORED MY EMAILS AND JUST SAID IT WAS A BAD POSTAL SERVICE..I LIVE IN LONDON...ONE OF BEST POSTAL SERVICE IN THE WORLD... READ OTHER REVIEWS ALL OVER THE INTERNET OF THEIR SCAMS...USE OTHER ONLINE STORES!!!!
