Overall: -2 clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I foolishly ordered two bras on 6/12/10 and have not received them. I like the bras but it's not worth the hassle to get them. This is the second time I ordered from cflear point.

June 14,2010 to order (2) bra's that were advertised
and as of today 7-13-2010 I have not received the
order or response to my e mail.
I think the attorney general in that state should
be notified of what they are doing and put out of
business.

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I went online to find Clearpoint's mailing address. This is the 2nd time in as many years that I have ordered from them, and the 2nd time I have to write to try to receive my order. This is the last time I will order anything from them.
My order was June 9. Today is July 24. Almost 2 months.
I might also add that when I received my order of 2 years ago, it was shipped with NO receipt, NO thank you or any other acknowledgement. If I ran my business the way they do, I wouldn't have any business!

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I orderded a set of 3 diabetic cookbooks on March 10,2010. Still have not received as of August 2,2010. Spent 12 minutes waiting for somebody to answer on customer service line. Once I got a hold of somebody, I got the third degree from customer service person. Now I must wait until they TRACK my purchase with the USPS. I spent 23minutes and 11 seconds for that. Will never order from them again until if I don't get my books.

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints Clearpoint has not sent my order of 4 bras since 6/30/10. It is now 8/19/10. I have ordered bras before and this is the first time there has been grave trouble. Do not order from Clearpoint!

TO CLEARPOINTDIRECT- CAROLE MARTIN, I CHECKED THIS OUT WITH MY BANK TODAY, AND GOT THE PHONE NUMBER OF CLEAR POINT'S BANK IN CANADA. SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER REP. WAS TOLD TO CONTACT MY LOCAL POLICE DEPT. AND REPORT THIS AS A SCAM, WHICH I AM SURE YOU ALL WILL AGREE. I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE POLICE IN A.M. - HOPE YOU FOLKS WILL DO LIKEWISE

When I called the 1st time(after a VERY long wait)customer serv. said my order was on "back order""We usually try to send notification of this event" NO ONE DID...She said my order was now in the warehouse & would ship in 1 week...this was mid July. Called again in August" your order is in the warehouse & will ship Aug 16,2010..." It is Aug 27,2010 & still NO order, NO communication. I called again today, now you don't even talk to a person,you get a message to leave your phone # & they will call back, I've done that before & NO call back ever comes....Anyone have any ideas as to how to put a stop to this kind of "scammer" Co. Could we join forces in some way....My $ amount is very small...it's the principle of BAD business getting away with it...Wonder if the folks who order from CANADA have the same trouble..........Kris Bloom Aug 27,2010

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints Ordered from ClearPointDirect.com on August 16th 2010. Ordered online w/credit card. Shipping was twice the amount listed in the printed ad that came with Sunday paper.
Its September 9th, has been 24days and still no order. When i contacted the 'customer service' by phone I was told that i should be receiving it anytime. When I pointed out that US Postal Service had no record of the shipment when I used the tracking number that Clearpoint sent me by email, the person got very snippy with me.
This place is doing business in New York and also Canada and has a tremendous amount of complaints against it. I will never order from them again and I really wish I had checked out all the complaints online first, would have saved me this hassle.

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I also ordered some items from Clear Direct and had to wait a long time for them after I did threaten them with calling the Better Business Bureau on them they finally sent me my items a montha and a half later! They even had the nerve to ask me to order more items from a new catalogue when I hadn't even received the other items yet! I received a necklace that didn't even match the description as stated! JUNK!!!!! Also a projection alarm clock that runs on batteries and doesn't have a shutoff button or a plug either. I also will never order from here again.
