I had my check direct deposit from my job and I haven't recieve my funds jet the job is putting a trace on where the money went from the so call account now. I went on line to find out do I have any deposit.Still nothing I have bills to pay and rent and try to feed my family. I can't do anything right now. If you need a bank get a real bank.

I have had over $500 stolen from me from International Charges to my account now card. Not only is no one in this company on the same page they lie to get you off of the phone I have sent complaint emails and called every day since my money was stolen January 16,2010 and I faxed affidavant and still waiting on my money I wished I looked at all these complaints before setting up my direct deposit I dont trust this company and Im almost positive I will have to take furthur action eventhough I was a victim of fraud. I urge everyone who hasnt already done so to file a complaint with BBB because there has to be a stop to this. Its unfair and its a crime to do this to people. I have already filed my complaint and hope that they are sued for this.

i just got my accountnow card and just activated and just used all at the same time.Why they me a message saying my funds was ZERO and i paid one bill that didnt equal to half of what i had deposited on there? Then they tell me my bank would have to release it and now i go thru another channel so you tell me who is wrong, all i did was pay a bill and the rest of my money was gone.So when i called them for the forty-ith time now i got it back but by now i cut the card in half and dont care for them anymore.WATCH ACCOUNTNOW I dont trust them neither should you!

My tax return also went into my account on Feb 4, 2011 and when I tried to use the card, It declined. Online showed that my account has been temporarly restricted. I have been calling account now 10x per day and leaving messages with the risk management department. No calls back. I have also talked to the customer service department who can not even tell me why my $5000 tax return is on hold. Its BS. I dont even know where to go from here to get my money from these people.

They restricted our card which has $101.16 on it. They won't allow us to use the card unless Kevin faxes a copy of his social security card, driver's license, and a utility bill with our current address on it because they say there's a lot of people accessing it. Only 2, my husband Kevin and myself, but they say that since I'm not on the account, they can't give me information, EVEN though he (the account owner) already gave them permission. We even asked for a supervisor and they refused to let us. I've reported them to the FTC, the BBB, and the California State Attorney General's office for fraud. We are also closing ALL our accounts. We can get a checking account, I just thought this was more convenient, but if they're going to be like this, then I'll go elsewhere. DON'T Go with the scam artists at Accountnow. If there's a class action suit filed, I'd like to be a part of it!

I have had my card compromised and instead of AccountNow investigate they closed the account and my DIRECT DEPOSIT and Tax REFUND is in the account. Not to mention, I have NO money and 3 kids. This is the second issue that I have had with AccountNow.

ACCOUNT NOW DOES NOT INFORM CUSTOMERS ABOUT HOLDING FUNDS FOR NO REASON. THEY ASKED ME TO SEND A COPY OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, A COPY OF MY ID, A UTILITY BILL, AND A COPY OF MY TAX RETUR!! I CALLED LIBERTY MUT, AND THEY ADVISED ME NOT TO GIVE THEM THIS INFORMATION BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FILE MY TAXES AND ACCOUNT NOW COULD BE TRYING TO GET THIS INFO. TO KEEP MY FUNDS AND HAVE MY MONEY REROUTED TO THEM. THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY AND I DIDN'T EVEN REPORT MY CARD STOLEN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I DON'T TRUST THEM AND FUTHER MORE I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS B.

Account Now is known as Palm Desert National Bank. If you have a complaint because of missing funds or fraud that you know for a fact you did not authorize--YOU NEED TO ACT NOW! Go to www.helpwithmybank.gov and file a complaint NOW! My wife and I both had Account Now accounts in hopes of cleaning up our credit. My wife went to pay rent and had .90 cents in her account. She filed all the paper work that is required and has yet to be returned her $600 direct deposited funds into her account--it has been in excess of 60 days. I initially did not believe her until it hit my account. I used my card at a Walmart and purchased windshield wipers for less than $6. My card was charged $62.00. When I went to complain Account Now said there was no fraud and that my pin had been used so it was legit according to them. I filed fraud reports anyway because I did not spend this type of money on one transaction and never do given that I am unemployed. In addition, my debit card was a new one that had been sent to me and so there was no other person on the planet that could have retrieved my card because this was the first transaction I had used it on! Account Now has yet to return phone calls or acknowledge our requests for the funds to be returned. Folks- its not the merchants, its not your spouse etc.--Its dirty employees working for Palm Desert National Bank-- Account Now-- that are frauding low income poor credit victims from the inside. Please ACT NOW before it is too late!!!
