Called cust. Ser. No 514-631-7799.Was on the phone about 35 minutes. Could not get any information at all about my order.I dont intend to just to forget about this.

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I sent a check in the amount of 33.89 for 6 bras may 10 2010 check was cashed june 1 2010.No bras have been received.Have called 1-514-631-7799 several times to inquire about no merchandise received,only to get a recording about the high volume of customers you may have a wait in customer service time...I have left several messages BUT no response. Also sent two letters about no merchandise received....NO response as of YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I placed an order with Clear Point Direct for the cookbooks on 10-15-10 and never received them. Wrote them on 11-7-10 and never heard from them. Check was cashed. Where should I place my complaint? I don't have their phone number, but I see by other comments that wouldn't help me out anyhow. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to order anything.

I JUST GOT MY BANK STATEMENT AND THE CK. WAS CASHED ON 12-7-2010 BUT IT IS NOW 1-11-2011 AND I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD NOR RECIEVED MY SOCKS FROM HEM...WHAT IS GOING ON????????PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME ASAP OR RETURN MY MONEY, AND CANCEL MY OREDER.

with my check for $20.15. After reading on the front page of the catalog that "Most Ship
Out Within 24 hours", I thought I would receive my order. Now that it is July 18, over a
month since my order was sent and my check was cashed, I am beginning to think that
ClearpointDirect is a scam company.

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I recieved a letter today from Clearpoint telling me I'd won 5000.00 IN order to recieve it, I was given a order form and calendar and was told I had to make an order and send it in in 21 days.

clearpointdirect com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I purchased 3 bras on July 27, 2011, from these jokers and paid through PayPal. On August 5th, I called about my order and they told me that were going to ship them out on August 12, and that I would be receiving an email. It is now August 23rd and have not received any kind of communication from them. I called them on August 19 and go a recording that they were on summer hours and to try again during their business hours. I'm pissed!
