I've been buying from iherb.com for several years now. Great prices, great service. I had 2 issues with them: First - I didn't like the quality of the product. They refunded the money immediately and never asked to mail the product back. Another one - the package got lost overseas. They refunded the money right away, though could have just said no (it was not insured and without the tracking number).

There has been a steady decline in the standard of customer service since i first started using iherb. Standard international shipping to Aus. now takes 3-4 weeks and not the estimated time given. Since I've had to contact them regarding a recent order, it has been extremely frustrating getting them to reply. You have to chase them up. I'm still waiting for the manager to reply regarding a returned order, their operator gave me incorrect advice and now I have to wear the loss. My last live chat, I closed the window as the operator just didn't answer my question. There is indifference in their service now that wasn't there before. I must say, the service has been fine if you don't need assistance, but the frustration of a previous query and now this has made me decide to look for another retailer.

I am based in Australia. I used iherb.com to purchase my goods based on the money I could save even though it included freight. I was sceptical to be honest, because I still feelvulnerable purchasing over the internet. 5 days later, my order was received. All good, and I saved over AUD$100. Fantastic.

Ordered hair product and was extremely dissatified and called to ask if I could return this product that I had purchased. Beware they do not accept any returns unless it is unopened. Well how do I know if I like the product or not if I don't open it and try it first. Well needless to say that will be my last order. Should have ordered this from AMAZON.COM NO PROBLEM WITH RETURNS OPENED OR NOT.

I have been a regulary customer of iherb for over 5 years and highly recommend them. If I order before noon on a Monday, I always get the order by Wednesday. Shipping is super fast. They always pack everything very careful and give free samples too. Their prices are deeply discounted from the prices at a health food store, plus no tax, I get free shipping and VIP discounts on top of that. Only once did I get a notification that an item I ordered was out of stock. I love the fact that they let customers post reviews on products which helps me choose what to buy. I think the complaints on this website are rare situations.
