I have used iherb.com many times and never had any issues with them at all. They are not a scam.

I have ordered quite a few items from iherb sent to 2 different addresses and never had any problems. They have very good service and their products are priced below identical items. I will continue to order from this company.

I have ordered from iherb for close to 6 years now. I place an order approximately every other month if not once a month. In that time, I have only had two problems: one was I received the wrong item, the second was when an item was received damaged. In both cases, iherb fixed the problem and they resent me the correct, undamaged items. I have never received any expired or low quality items. I have continued to do business with them because their prices, quality, selection, and shipping are all good. The very few times I've had to deal with customer service, they were also good. I personally would recommend them.

I have been an iherb customer for well over ten years now! They have always been very professional, prompt, and very easy to order from. As a frequent & regular customer you receive some additional discounts off their usually low standard pricing. The "few" times over the years my product either didn't arrive, or I just didn't like the product they were always courteous and prompt in their customer service department. Never a problem... Although, if like me you do significant searches on the web for regularly used, or even specialty nutraceutical products they sometimes may not offer the absolute lowest price, or may not carry that particular brand you are looking for... but given the amount of scams on the net these days, and taking into account the significant breadth of product, and overall great pricing and service iherb provides I would have to give them an "A" for service and quality and for their business model! Let's just hope they continue, or improve on their current working model and don't fall prey to their success and start to provide either less quality service or higher pricing compared to the rest of this very competitive market.... Thanks iherb... keep up the good work!!

I have been a regular iHerb customer for around 3 years now. They have always delivered on time and usually send out a free sample and a pen, which is nice. Their affiliate program is also great.

I have ordered many items from iherb, they ask every time for feedback. As herbs and vitamins are hard to evaluate, I waited for a long time to see their action. I can tell you now that none of them really work. Someone has to do a chemical analysis on iherb products. I am sure most of them are inactive. What a scam!!!! The good thing is that I am now rejecting all vitamins and supplements. I just eat fruit and veges and take herbs that are plants. I could have saved myself thousands if I did this earlier! As they said, we living in Western affluent nations have the most expensive pee in the world. And companies like iherb make sure that we do not harm anything with our pee coming form their placebo pills... Except our pockets...

I've been ordering from iherb for almost 10 years now, and I have never had a problem with them in any way. Maybe there's someone out there passing themselves off as iherb and scamming people, I don't know, but from my own experience, I've never ever been scammed by them.

I have done business with IHerb for years and have never had a problem. In fact, I have been impressed with their fast service and competence. I am sure there are glitches with any business but am confident that IHerb will work diligently to correct any problem.

IHerb just can not get orders correct. I order one thing and get another! Then I have to pack it, ship and pay shipping for the refund which could take weeks. Just NOT worth dealing with IHerb any more. I will stay with LuckyVitamin.com for peace of mind...... P.S. I wonder if they hired people that can't read or write English!
