Interested to read some of the comments. I've been using iherb for years - spend loads. I live in the uk and never had any complaints. Love the choice of products, pricing is good, never had a parcel that didn't arrive although I use cheapest shipping (which is cheaper than most) so it takes a long time. I used to think their website was good, but it has been getting flakey round the ages in the last 6 months which bothers me a lot. Main problem with iherb is I don't think they have any customer service people. If something goes wrong that is always the real test of a company. I have been appalled that I can send emails reporting the website problem, and either don't get a reply, or they send a cheeky one showing how little they care about my concerns. I can't believe that anyone could treat a loyal long term customer like that. They don't seem to realise how unsafe that makes a customer feel, especially an overseas one. I work with customers, and I'm quite old fashioned I'm afraid - I believe in communication, listening, response and service (as well as efficiency). Has something happened to demoralise them? Like redundancies? There is no way that this firm is a scam, but I'm not suprised that people are thinking that - and it's iherbs own fault that they do. They seem to think we all like a bit of rough - well we don't! Come on iherb, invest some of your profits in a good customer service team. The products and prices aren't enough without that backup
