Details of our Affiliate Program are as follows:

The affiliate Commission payout for new student sign-ups at our school, The Ayurvedic Academy:
10% on all registration and tuition fees paid over www.ayurvedaonline.com by new students!
Commissions are paid to our affiliates for any payments made on our web site after a new student visits an affiliate's site, then visits our site via a promotional link from the affiliate's site, (this link must include the affiliate's ID code) then the visitor makes a "purchase" on our site of online payment of enrollment and/or tuition fees - up to $8900!
Therefore, the maximum payable commission for an affiliate for promoting student enrollment at the Ayurvedic Academy is $890 per student.
Note: Only payments received in this manner will be commission generating payments for our affiliates.

Note: we constantly work to increase the selection of products and services available through our online store. All average retail price and average affiliate commission payouts listed above are based on our online store's product selection as of 4/1/05.
Affiliates can make purchases from Ayurvedaonline.com for our educational programs, products and services at the 10% commission payout rate - by accessing Ayurvedaonline.com through the Affiliate's ID coded link on the affiliate's web site. The purchase discount will be delivered as a Commission payout to the affiliate, as per item #4 below.
Commission checks will be send out to our affiliates on the first of the month, every month, to affiliates who generate >$50 in commissions. If only $25 [for example] is generated in a one month period, this balance will be carried forward to the next month's payout balance (credited towards the next month's sales commissions).
AYU Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this program as needed. An e-mail stating program detail changes will be sent to all of our affiliates when any changes to the above program details are made. It is our affiliates' responsibility to maintain a current e-mail address within their account information.
Affiliates are not responsible for customer returns of AYU Nutritional Supplements (commission checks will not be reduced in the event of product returns; an exception to this would be if fraudulent sales activity is suspected...in this case we reserve the right to cancel an affiliate's account and all present and future Commission payouts).
