I bought veneers from this company 7 months ago, which I paid in full $1,925.00 and still no product! I keep getting the run around for my refund. Avoid this Company! Laurie Hall is a scam artist, she will say they have been shipped, you call her back a week later and then she will say they are being made now and ready to ship in a week... and it goes on and on. Same for the refund, she claims it has been sent. Then you call back and she will say accounting is working on it. Lies all lies.... They sent veneers that had holes in them, what kind of quality control is that? After paying $1,925.00 for these veneers and then to have holes, I don't think so. They also go by many names on the web like; Brighter Image Teeth Whitening gel, Direct Teeth Whitening, Brighter Image Labs Press on Veneers

I bought veneers from this company Dec. 22 2011, which I paid in full $598.00 for upper veneers and still no product! I called many times and talked to many people and they all gave me the same answer..that my teeth was done and in their hands and would be shipped next day after 5times of calling I asked to speak to manager and Laurie Hall told me that my veneers have been shipped, you call her back a week later and then she will say they are being made now and ready to ship in a week... and it goes on and on. On March 2nd and I told Laurie Hall that I wanted my money back and that the company wasn't nothing but a scam, she told me that they didn't and was not going to give my money back. I willbe calling my bank Monday the 5th and reporting this company as a scam. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had spent about an hour watching pressonveneers videos and reading information about this company. I am so glad that I typed in reviews on this website before actually doing business with these scam artists. Why hasn't someone shut this website down for scamming people?

I do not understand why you had such a bad experience with this company, but I LOVE my veneers. Yes it took a little longer than expected but the ladies in the office all reassured me that my case was special and that it was beign wroked on as quickly as possible. I'm sorry that your experiences were bad, but I am recommending Brighter Image to all my friends and family b/c now I can SMILE BIG again and be Proud of my smile! I love Press on Veneers!

I ordered the top and bottom arches...Received one System call and was told that there must have been an oversight...Laurie said that she would ship out the second system that day using priority mail...didn't receive the order and called again Laurie answered and said that they had been waiting on something? and that she would OVERNIGHT the package, I ask that she send me a Tracking Number and she verified my e-mail address and said that she would send the tracking number...I have not receive a tracking number or the "Overnight Package" I have a bad feeling that I have made a big mistake...It's hard to trust in a company when they are proven to be mistrusful. I will continue to keep a record of all communication with this company and will absolutely take this to small claims court if they do not provide the quality service with-in a reasonable time-frame. I know that I will have to call them again to check on my order, I just hate to ask knowing that the answer will more than likely be suspect.

Sept.5th called and Clara Young answered...Copy of e-mail sent. Again, I apologize for the delay in your order. We do our best to keep our inventory in stock but sometimes unexpected things happen such as receiving a large distributor order or our distributors being backordered. There are any number of things that would keep us from having the inventory in stock and I’m sure the same is true for any company. I am sorry for the inconvenience but I am doing my best to make this right for you. You should receive an email with tracking information on your package before the end of business today. I will make sure that it goes out the door today with the mailman if I have to check on it every hour. Sept.6th...I did not receive the tracking # in the e-mail as Laurie Young promised. Will continue to write down and keep track of all correspondence.

Sept. 6th received my second system for my lower arch..Via express mail. The addres was not the same as Brighter Image Lab. This was shipped from: Josef Jafari, 4834 Broadview Rd. Cleveland Ohio 44109-5705 Brighter Image Lab 2433 University Dr. Ft, Worth TX 76109 Also when checking with the BBB in Texas searching under the name of MSC Delvelopemental INC. Brighter Image has a rating of (F)

E=mail from: Liza Davis Sept.19th Dear Max: Your veneer failed one or more processes during the Production Phase.   A new wax mold prototype has been generated and it is in the Lab.  While there it will go through the following processes:   1.      It will be invested in the stone material.  It will go into a kiln for 10-12 hours. 2.      It will be injected (This is a blind process that we cannot monitor.  It is either a pass or a fail.  If it fails it will be sent back to have a new wax mold printed which will add a few days onto production.) 3.      Once the veneer passes the injection phase it will be sent on to the Prep Area and it will be prepared for the Polishing Phase. 4.      The Polishing Phase is a 5-7 hour process.  5.      After the Polishing Phase it goes to a Final Grading/Inspection Phase. 6.      If it passes all the above phases it is sent to one Last Inspection and then on to shipping.   While your veneer is in the Final Stage it must pass each and every phase.  It will not leave the Lab until it has been released by the Lab Manager.  We know you are ready to receive your new smile, but each and every phase is required.  The Lab Manager will not release a veneer until has been fitted on the model perfectly.  Your patience is appreciated.   You will receive another email that will advise you of your status once your veneer passes the injection phase. __________________________________________ De

Received an e-mail from Stamps.com stating that Brighter Image has sent a package...That was on Sept.27th. It stated in the body of the e-mail that the Est. time of delevery is 1-3 days...Today is Oct.9th....Called Stamps.com and they said that the Shipping Lable was printed on that Date and the E-mail was sent to me at the time the Lable was printed.... That doesn't mean that Brighter Image has physically shipped the Item. Brighter Image uses an On-line printing Shipping Lable (Stamps.com) It had a tracking number but there was no activity except when the Lable was Printed. (Another Delay Tactic)

Forwarded an E-mail to: Client Services, Liza Davis, Clara Young. About my concern over not receiving the order that they have stated that they sent...Have not received any response. So far the time elapsed from the day My check was cashed on Aug 16th in the amount of $1590.00 until today which is Oct.11th (Almost 2 months) Still no product... For anyone wanting to count on a reliable date to receive this product (Special Event) I do not suggest this Company! So far I would not recommend this Company.

I received an E-mail today from Clara Young...Instead of addressing my e-mail sent to her and her staff as to where is the order that they have stated that they already shipped on the 27th of Sept. She sends me this E-mail. Dear Max: Your veneer has passed the injection process. From here your veneer will go through the following processes: 1. It will go to the Prep Area. This is a 6-8 hour process. 2. It will go to the Polish Area. This is a 5-7 hour process. 3. It will go to the Snap fit Area. This is a 2-4 hour Process. 4. It will go to the Final Inspection Area. This is a 4-6 hour process. Your order must pass each one of these processes. If it has to repeat one of these processes it could get sent back to the wax mold stage. Your order should be heading to the Shipping Area 72 hours from now. All orders go through a strict grading process. You will receive your tracking information in a separate email when your veneer is ready and released from the Lab for shipping. Sometimes these emails can get sent to your spam folders, so please check there if you haven’t received it within the next 72 hours. The email will be coming from clientservices@pressonveneers.com . (Between the Seller,Lab Manager and Shipping Dept.) I don't know which one is most irresponsible...
