Had to cancel due to change of circumstances and I have been trying for the last 2 months to get my money back. I have emailed many times and phoned and the only response I had (when they do reply or answer the phone) is that it has been passed to their finance department.... and I am still waiting. Will be taking them to the small claims court soon!!

Okreserved.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I am having the same problem. They quoted a price which I accepted then after they took the deposit they said the car would be dearer.
Now I cannot contact them to get the deposit back.
They do not answer their phones and are not replying to e mails.
It's a scam do not use them

Okreserved.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints i booked through ok.reserved.com a car in algarve for 1 week.printed the voucher and presented this to car hire company who had no booking or record of this.tryed numerous times there phone number to no avail.it wasnt a good start to the holiday and ended up paying a taxi 60 to destination.i dont trust this company after this

Okreserved.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints The phones at OK reserved are manned from 09:00 till 21:00 hours each day, also there is an email address you can use, if its not been received it may have been tracked as Spam, so try using a different Email Address
If you presented a voucher that was not accepted then you need to check that it had a valid booking number on it and send it to support@okreserved.comand they wil refund you immediately if there is an error

1. We informed you that the car rental company had not responded with a confirmation number and to ensure that you had a car we did inform you of alternatives which you declined, we where trying to be helpful, obviously in your case helping does not help.
2. You have been refunded for the deposit you paid. We expect a full appology for your comments
It was you who requested that your reservation be cancelled.

Okreserved.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I have the same problem. I booked a car for 1 week in June at Ibiza and paid a deposit. The day after they called me as the car I choose was not available and they confirmed me by mail that I would have my deposit back. But till now (3 months!!) no refound wos done. It's a real fraud. Little amounts from many people are a lot of money....

Okreserved.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I have requested a booking for a car in Algarve Portugal on August 8 2010, they asked for a down payment first which was withdrawn from my credit card. They sent an email, that my request is not available and a bigger car for a higher cost would be the only option. When I send them my reply, I found out that my order is cancelled and I have no reservation made.
They have not got my refund back until today. This company is a scam and could not be trusted.
I see I am not the only victom, but some one should stop them from pursuing such an activity.

FRANK IS THE PERSON WHO CONSTANTLY SEND EMAILS THAT MY CLAIM IS UNDER REVIEW BY ADMIN DEPARTMENT.
I SHOULD POST MY COMPLAIN ON TRIP ADVISORY AND ALL OTHER WEBSITES THAT ARE USED BY TRAVEL AGENTS AND GOOGLE
