As for payouts the checks are mailed in time with no delays. I got my first commission recently.

Charge.com isn't a merchant provider; they're an ISO which stands for independent sales operator. All they do is field applications to multiple merchant providers. They're sort of a broker if you will. The problem with this is no one at Charge.com is accountable for anything that may happen with your merchant account after the initial application you place on Charge.com's web site. Watch out for above average monthly fee costs and high early termination fees, too.
