This is an online pharmacy offering a wide range of medications.

I "googled" this pharmacy and found some interesting posts:

I'm spitting mad. I was 'signed up' for this (I think slammed is the term?) through Drugstore.com. I just wrote them an e-mail saying that handing my credit card information over to their partners like that was a violation of my trust and privacy and that I would not do any business with them as long as they partnered with such unscrupulous people. I also told them that they had dealt a real blow to internet commerce.

I had a fit over the phone with Reservation Rewards and they were very compliant and agreed to refund me all 6 months of charges, even though it 'went against their policy.' I believe that they want to placate their victims so they won't pursue the matter legally. There are plenty more fish in that sea - people who don't check their credit card statements carefully. Make sure you get every penny back. They will refund all of it if pressed.
And from now on, let us all scrutinize, scrutinize, scrutinize our credit card statements!

Check out the LAME response I got from Zach at Drugstore.com in response to my letter to them about Reservation Rewards. They clearly don't care! Don't do business with Drugstore or Beauty.com unless you want your credit card information handed over to these thieves.

Yes, I got screwed by Drugstore.com and WebLoyalty.com (Reservation Rewards). I had to cancel my card. I hope Citibank (my card issuer) and the authorities will investigate.

DRUGSTORE.COM is GARBAGE. I placed an order here last week. They emailed me a few days later saying my order was cancelled without even so much of explaining to me why. I'll never buy from here again and will make sure the people I know don't try to order from these people.
