Placed an order with Fittness.com on February 3rd, 2010. The order was processed on Feb 4, 2010 I got an order number and that was it. Today is February 15 and still no package. I was billed for UPS ground and when I contacted this company by email I got no response until today. They could not give me a UPS tracking number. They just said they looking into the problem and when they find out what happened they will contact me again. In the meantime I am without the parts I need for repairs. And my credit was proptly billed on February 4, 2010 the $56.73 total. This company is not very professional. I run a company and we always can track a package ASAP. With an order number we can then tell immediately how it was shipped and get the tracking information. It is apparent that Fittness.com is a second rate company that is not well organized. The person I spoke with today said the parts are in stock. So I say ship them again and If I receive a second shipment I will return it. Don't just keep my hanging on. I can go elsewhere and purchase these items if they just give me a full refund for the equipment they never shipped.

I finally did receive the handle grips after 2 weeks time in the US mail, but they substituted the handles with a different type rather than calling me first to see if it was all right. I needed smooth type handles and I received handles with little protruding dots on it. I needed these grips for important equipment in my business so I took my bench lathe for 2 hours and grinded down the protrusions to make the surface smooth. I kept the handle grips an called the company to tell them to rebill me. But I also explained to them that if the invoice says UPS, ship it UPS, don't ship with the US post office slow mail which was not trackable. I should have had the grips in just a few days, not 2 weeks time. And if they did not have what I ordered I should have been called before the items were shipped. I would not recommend this company based upon my experience with this company. Have a nice day! :)
