Are there any problems with fraud or deceptive practices..

I have been calling them for days trying to get in removed. They told me the first day it would be done in 24 hrs, then the next day 48 hrs, then the next day they said there boss was out of town and they have to wait for him on Monday. That makes it a week later. I called on Monday and they said he never came back to work. I need to email him. I did that and nothing. It's been a few weeks and they just keep making up more stories. Don't EVER give them your credit card number.
