This company not only has a great reputation by it's buyer's but also with their affiliates as well. To say Green Smoke is a Scam is simply not true. i am an affiliate and i have had countless ppl check out my link! i have made no commissions yet but i know they have purchased the green smoke! i was beginning to think something was going on so i had a friend use my link and as i watched him purchase it! after i checked my commissions again and still nothing!! i do believe they are just a huge scam!!!!!! any thoughts as to why my commissions haven't showed up yet??

I had got excited about the product, the market segment, the two fold benefit of providing something useful (cessation to smokers) and a revenue generating home business. 3 weeks after bringing over 30 potential customers in via my link they somehow "de-activate" my links so that all "my" clients no longer have an "affiliation" to me - very cowardly and unnecessary if this was a legitimate business opportunity. As much as I want this to be an administrative mix up, my gut tells me this is an inventive way to lure in sales via social networks and then break ties with the affiliate to avoid paying commissions. If so, two can play at that game. I'll give it a day for a response, then I'll go viral on them. Matt Joe

I became an affiliate in October. In November I placed an order for myself and on thanksgiving I placed 2 seperate orders for a customer through their account. I have not recieved a single credited sale on my account. I have had almost 30 traffic reviews. I know for a fact of 3 sales, how many others are their I am not getting credit for? I have spent time and money promoting this product, have parties set up at several venues next month and was planning to start as a distributor next month. Now I have nothing to show for it and no one will contact me back about this. I have emailed the affiliate manager 5 times with no reply and the problem link from an email and no answer their either. I am so upset! I was so excited about this opportunity and now feel like I was scammed. I still see these great reviews for this program, but I have not seen it. They don't credit you your sale, won't answer your emails and then will close your account if you have no credited sales in 60 days. If I get any reply from them and get my credit I will gladdly update this complaint, but if I do not get any satisfaction I will blog, report and complain to every sight and or agency I can find! I have been a ffiliate for a little over a month now. I have had over 300 potential customers veiw my link and still no sales. Something is NOT right. I know that I have had at least 3 sales from friends who have placed an order and I have not recieved credit for these sales. I thing GS is using their affiliates just to bring traffic to their site so they can make the sale so they don't have to pay you.

I have been using Green Smoke for a while. I signed up to distribute it because I was so impressed by the e-smoke experience. Green smoke has treated us badly, our distribution customer service person made an arrangement w/ us regarding distribution then wouldn�t honor it, wouldn't apologize when I caught him in the lie, or correct the problem I was trying to address. I must know that the company would honor their warranty if I or my customers ran into a quality problem. If I can�t trust them, I won�t represent them to others. BUT now I have a problem in that I have sold quite a few kits, own 3 myself & don't know if anyone else�s cartridges will work w/ the green smoke batteries. I need some expert input please as I now have customers of mine using them. I don�t want to continue to give Green Smoke the business if I can't count on them to be honest. I did try to contact a, he told me that the rep I had is THE only rep that takes care of distributors & if I didn't like it, he didn�t care & I could shop for a new distribution agreement & my e-cigarettes elsewhere. I tried to locate the primary headquarters or info on who owns GreenSmoke but couldn�t find that info anywhere on the web,. I have no option to move further up the ladder, so I am seeking a product line to keep my reputation in tact w/ my customers & continue to provide the cartridges for the purchases they made w/ me. Any help, advice, or information would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks

I have been an affiliate with GreenSmoke for a full year now, I joined back in January of 2009. I've read the reviews here and I am shocked at the comments that are being made about this great company. So much of what is being said here are simple misunderstandings written by people who must not understand how marketing works. There are more issues with affiliate tracking than many understand. For newbies, all kinds of evil suspicions can go through your head. For instance, if a customer tries to view your link through the AOL browser, they may not even land on your site. This is not GreenSmoke's fault, it is due to a security feature in the AOL browswer and how they deal with cookies and how they cache webpages. There is nothing we can do about that. GS has tried to fix it but AOL keeps updating. Many use AOL and GS has sincerely tried to address this issue. We have recommended Firefox and IE over and over again. So, for those who are giving out their links and not getting sales, there are other issues at hand. GreenSmoke has a totally transparent affiliate program. They let all their affiliates communicate and even complain about things to one another on the massive discussion forum. They have a live company podcast where affiliates can call in and talk with upper management. Join for yourself and judge GreenSmoke by your own experience. Affiliates that are claiming they have not been paid, have you read the terms? For one, you will not get your commisions credited until the 30 day money back period has expired for your referal customer. Two, you have to accrue $100 before payment will be made. If you are unsure check your affiliate page, look at the pending approval commisions, they may be there. I am excited for the growth of this company and I will continue to support until I experience "first hand" something I find to be negative.

I've been an affiliate since November 2009, I have drawn over 300 people to my page and have only made 4 sales. This is only advertising through 1 site and putting minimal effort into it. I find it very hard to believe that I have had this much traffic and only 4 sales which 2 are my own purchases.If anyone can help please let me know I would really appreciate it. http://www.greensmoke.com/carbaby
