Never had any issues with lost orders or out of stocks... I typically get my order in about a day or two (in live in FL).

Illpumpyouup.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints WORST COMPANY TO BUY EPHEDRINE PRODUCTS FROM. I BOUGHT METHYL EPHEDRINE ECA which has 25 mg of ephedrine + caffeine and other ingredients. I wanted to fall asleep after taking 2 pills. The pills were also different in color, smell and did not give me any energy. I have bought this product through another vendor previously and the pills were completely different and actually worked!!!! Never bought anything else or plan to, I contacted the company and they gave me a bunch of excuses and did not back up their product. I did not ask for a refund but questioned the pills and they said if there opened they wouldn’t not take them back. If they were real, they should have at least offered to exchange them. They actually made a comment about how some products are hard to come by and they are more expensive now. They also had the cheapest price. I learned my lesson with them. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned. I will try a more reputable company next time.

Once we were contact by the customer we immediately contacted Sports One. They confirmed that they did recently update their product Methyl Ephedra ECA, and we relayed that information back to the customer. Manufactures often reformulate products due to cost, regulations and difficulties in finding specific raw ingredients.
As for returns, our policy is the same as most of the companies in our industry. We do offer full refunds for un-open items, however we do not offer refunds for open/used products.
As we continue to grow we constantly look for ways that we can improve our company. We do take into account all user reviews, good or bad, and we appreciate your feedback.

Not only do they have great prices but they have a huge selection. I typically get my orders within 2-3 days... this is why I now get my supps from them only. The selection is great and their prices seem to be the cheapest online... Usually when a site is really cheap you think, ok well the service will be slow or bad... But that's not the case. I get an email either the same day or the next day when my order is ship with the tracking number. And my package arrives a few days after that. Overall I like them and would recommend them to a freind or family member.

I ordered from this company, because they are in state and I expected I would receive my items within one day, two max. I usually order from a great company out of NY, and usually receive those shipments within three days, but I thought I would give ipup.com a try. After 4 days and no order, I called. They told me that one of the items on my order was not in stock. They do not give this information when placing the order. Because the one item was out of stock, they held the entire order. The other problem was the charge showed up twice on my credit card. I had to call them to have it straightened out, but they are very difficult to reach by phone. It took several tries to get a live person.
