I placed an order for Ionamin 30 count 30 mg pills for $159 + $18 shipping ($177 total). The order was placed on November 17, 2005. I have checked the status of the order several times and it shows that it is still "pending". When the order was placed I was not informed that it would take weeks to fulfill. I could not wait that long and have since had the prescription filled at a local pharmacy. I want to cancel the order with IntegraRx, especially since they still cannot tell me when the order will be fulfilled, just that it is "delayed" in pharmacy. They also will not let me speak to any supervisors or managers - I just get the same thing over and over "They will tell you the same thing I'm telling you - No Refunds". They charged my credit card the day the order was placed but I haven't received any goods and they can't tell me when I will. They should cancel the order and refund my money.
