Lougo.net Lougo.net Consumers & customers reviews, comments, possible complaints
Lougo.net description:Lougo.net is a prime source for high quality Web visitors, guaranteed signups and online income. Its products include guaranteed signups with extreme targeting and guaranteed targeted traffic.
Two-tier affiliate program pays 25% on the first tier plus 10% on second tier sales. Monthly payments via check or PayPal. Good support for affiliates, lots of sample ads, text and graphic links, banners and advertising trackers.
Lougo.net Comments & reviews:At first glance everything looks OK. The program looks great, competition is not very high, commissions are impressive and easily earned with Pay Per Click search engines. I tell this from my own experience. Just with Google Addwords I earned $60 during the first week.
But there is one little problem: Louis Breytenbach, the owner of Lougo.net, neither delivers guaranteed signups and targeted traffic, nor pays commissions to his affiliates.
After about two weeks I wrote to one of my affiliates and asked him about the quality of those US Guaranteed Signups.
It really blew me away when he told me he didn’t get any signups at all, not to mention their quality. First I though there was some mistake, because a week before I received such a letter from Louis Breytenbach:
“Hi Andrey,
This is just a quick note to offer all our visitors, subscribers and customers an apology
for the lack of service during the past week or so ...
We have been moving to new offices and have not been able to get online during the past
week. I realize this is no excuse for poor service and I take full responsibilty for all
the delays in the delivery of orders.
The good news is that we will be back in business as from Thursday (next week) and there
should be no more problems after that. I am confident that the rest of 2004 will be a good
year for all of us here at Lougo WPR ... and for you!
We ask very kindly that you remain patient and continue giving us your valued support
during this difficult time.
I hate bad service just as much as you do, and appreciate that you might be experiencing
quite a bit of frustration. This is my fault and I apologize for the time and energy that
is being wasted.
Please rest assured that your order will be delivered and that we will do EVERYTHING in
our power to ensure that YOU get maximum benefit from our services in the long-run.
Thank you for taking a minute to read this message.
Yours faithfully,
Louis Breytenbach
Lougo WPR CEO

I didn’t pay much attention to it until after I got a letter from the unsatisfied customer and affiliate mentioned above, I thought things would change for the better and undelivered signups were caused by moving to new offices.
But I was wrong. Signups were not delivered to the second and the third customer I contacted after one and a half months later.

Lougo.net Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsProfessional con artists never acknowledge they cheated you. They drag out time thinking up any thinkable and unthinkable excuses to keep you rest assured that thing will sort themselves for the better. Lougo.net is no exception. They keep sending you support letters as though nothing happened and you gradually start believing it is true.
I send more then ten letters concerning my commissions and some affiliate questions. They never answered.
Then I made a little trick, I pretended to be a potential customer and asked if I could by their guaranteed signups using my e-gold or stormpay account.
You wouldn’t believe me! I got back an answer in less then half an hour with all the pay info.
Then I wrote this:
“Hello, Louis
So you are there working all right. I thought you were still moving to
new offices and that was the reason You didn't reply to my
letters.
Now I see. When it comes to buying your sign ups you reply in less than
half an hour, but when I talk about paying me cheques and
other affiliate issues, you just become deaf to these requests.
I haven't made up my mind yet weather to stay as your affiliate and refer
a large team of my partners to you. Maybe, indeed, you were so busy to
reply.
Now that I get your response at last, I'm again asking you the
questions I need answers to…”
They never answered.
I think, Louis Breytenbach can be punished with common efforts of affiliates and unsatisfied customers.
I suggest everybody who became victim from his fraudulent activity post a complaint to PayPal.
Lougo.net accepts payments from it. PayPal’s a dab hand at freezing their accounts and “making life worse”.

Lougo.net Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsFinally, we made it!
PayPal has closed Lougo.net's account for fraudulent activity.
Look at what Louis Breytenbach wrote to all his affiliates:
"Hi Andrei,
Three things this week:
1) Thank goodness you placed your order!
2) A NEW LOUGO Will change your online life!
3) ONE cool offer
Here we go ...
1) Thank goodness you placed your order!
I am ashamed about the dreadfully slow rate of delivery we have had to force our faithful
customers to "endure" ... and even after working 20 hours a day - we are still at least 2
weeks behind with our orders!
PayPal - in their "WISDOM" has decided to close our account because we are outside the USA!
Well - as soon as the soccer world cup is allocated to SOUTH AFRICA this SATURDAY - I hope
that EVERYONE will start thinking differently about us.
I have been traveling the world for YEARS - and no country should be penalized for NOT being
AMERICAN!
The good news here is that "GOOD things come to those who wait."
Imagine an inbox with 2005 messages. And an order list of 500+ !!
This is what I had to deal with this week. Fortunately (with some help) I got 80% + of the
orders processed, but now ... wait for the "but" ...
I took a quick break and I sat down with my associates to do some SERIOUS planning.
This is what we are going to do:
0] NOW - like within the next 7 days - get all the "old orders" processed!! Or else you get
your money back. JUST LIKE THAT!
1] Get better quality services to our customers who are committed to wait for their campaign
to run.
2] Invite all our subscribers to join our NEW site launch (Stay tuned) - you will LOVE our new
look!
3] Target ALL signups and visitors as best we can ... no matter what YOU ordered.
4] Get more staff!
5] Simplify and expand our profit system. You will earn more money!
-------- >>> So that was your brief intro to what we are doing for YOU. Always
-------- >>> remember that we will gladly refund your purchase if you are not willing to work
-------- >>> with us to make the most of your investment.
See below for contact details.
Now ... stay tuned for the best bargain ever ...
But first: A NOTE to all Paid Signups Customers:
0 - Thank you for waiting more than a MONTH for your site and the campaigns to run. Please
accept our apologies for the delays.
1 - We will have your site ready as soon as we get the "plane ticket people" to shake up and
wake up! Everything is OK - it just takes TIME!
2 - you are buying a LONG-term page on our server - you will NOT have to pay EVER again - so
PLEASE wait for us to get your page ready.
3 - you are a "fool" if you have NOT checked out this offer - http://www.getpaidsignups.com
AND YOU simply HAVE to check out the affiliate page at http://www.lougo.com/paidsign5"
So, it seems that didn't stop him.

Lougo.net Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsWell, it's now September of 2004 and Louis Breytenbach and lougo.com are still providing NO signups and no
customer service. I purchased $150 worth of Guaranteed Signups on August 11th 2004. I have recieved 0 signups
and have had no response to multiple requests for
information and refunds.
How I wish I would have read all of these postings
first!
Please warn everyone you can about LOUGO.com
