It is only a matter of time before they are shut down by US customs. Their Customer Service blames the problems on the customer and always tskes ther side of the company even quoting "One World" fascist doctrine. Buyer Beware! It is illegal to import knockoffs perpetrating to be the real thing.

Vankle.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I ordered a bridesmaid dress on Monday, December 6, 2010 and received an email from the company that day saying the order was placed. One week later I emailed them to follow up on the status of the order and the email came back returned as MAILER DAEMON...you know...the emails come back when the address is no good or no longer used....so I went to the Vankle.com website and it was down...and has been down now for several days....which leads me to believe they are out of business. I even googled the company and all links to the company are gone...don't know if this is temporay or permanent....I even tried calling the company and the phone just rings and rings...I have tried calling day and night....so I guess I am screwed....just hope my credit card company is ready for this one!

Vankle.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints Ordered some shoes nearly two months ago.
They took the money, order never delivered. Just like the reviewer above, I sent in requests for hlep tracking as there is never been a shipping tracking number assigned, and I just get form computer generated email responses back about how I will get a complaint # and someone will follow up in 6-24 hours.
Tried this twice now with same result, and now answeres or the product I ordered.
I think it's a scam. And they advertise lots of products. Vankle.com should be shut down.

Vankle.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints Vankle are happy to sell you their products, but when you have a problem, they will not assist you. In my case, the small clip on the product I purchased was fragile and broke after purchase. When I asked them to send me a replaceent clip so I could repair the item in the UK at my cost, but they would not send me the replacement without a very expense shipping charge to my account. I thought is most unreasonable, and when I complained about there poor customer service, they refused to reply to my emails. In my opinion, the only way to judge a company is the way they dealing with customer concerns/complaints. Vankle do not honour their customer servica mantra. I will never deal with them again, and I hope this mail serves to warn other prospective buyers of Vankles very poor customer attitude and non existant back-up service to customer complaints

Vankle.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I would NEVER recommend Vankle.com to anyone. My experience has been horrific! I placed my order for a $69 bridesmaid dress. Vankle charged me $42 S/H. I approved $114 for the purchase of the dress but my bank account was charged $119. When I questioned Vankle, they blamed it on my bank. I had to contact the bank and report the purchase as an unauthorized purchase in order to get my money back. It took over a month for the dress to come despite what the website said. I contacted customer service and they had an excuse for everything and constantly gave me the run around. Once I finally received the dress, it was not as displayed on the site. I had ordered a brown dress and receive a brown and blue dress. When I contacted customer service they told me this was the standard color combination that I chose. I told them that i never chose blue and no where did it say that the brown dress automatically came with a blue sash. The company refused to pay for return shipping and refused to refund anything more than $69. What a MESS!! DO NOT BUY FROM VANKLE.COM
