This company is VERY rude. I called to ask why the Rapid Strept Test dosen't work and they just kept saying "IT WORKS" "IT WORKS" It dosen't work. My son went to the Doctor and they said he has Strept Throat after the test said he didn't. I came home right after the doctors and did it again to see and it said he didn't have it. (He did) I have tried it on multiple cousins after they were tested positive for strept and again It said no strept. I tried to contact the company again and they won't do anything. They keep saying they work. THEY DON'T WORK! Do not trust this company.

I have ordered from Meditests four times in the past year. I always receive an email confirmation and also shipping confirmation. I receive my package before expected, very fast! Ive never had any problems. A service. I have recommended Meditests to several people. I will continue ordering from them. Thanks Meditests!

The tests cups I ordered arrived quickly, were inexpensive and worked great like I expected them to. The free shipping was great too it made me buy extra. I will definitely be back for more.

"shipping confirmation" sooooo this is what one should look for? I'm still waiting 3 buisness days after the order was placed Express @ 25.00$ cost and the person whom had me wait on phone hold to make sure it was in stock, and would go out the day ordered. I never recieved a shipping confirmation, just order/billing confirmation. Soooo I guess the 1-2 days shipp rate does not start till "shipping confirmation" happens? Three days awaiting(usps operational{busness) days.. and weekend(sun), and Mon. to have someone answer the phone..... Something of a waste of 25$ on a 45$ order.. wonder what their thinking is... get the order no matter what? I hate having to reschedule something as important the use of the materials they provide and it hinges on a $45 sale by a company. This does not show concern for the Commerce stream downline, depending on the vendors upline. Here I have 4 people scheduled with a 2 day window allowance for shipping, other materials commitited... and thier concern is a 45$ order? Whats that.. 20$ profit at best? Do not schedule anything dependant on timely delivery from this company. Make all efforts dependant on the supplies subject to scheduling only after delivery.

this company is a fake.... I sent a hair sample to them and it was supposed to be 24 hour response and it took 2 weeks, when I got the results they were positive for drugs and I'm 100% sure Iv never used any drugs in my life so i went to 2 different local drug testing companies and had the tests redone and they come back within 24 hours and the results were negative so I start research on meditest and medimpex and could not get a strait answer out of any of the employees and when i called back a week later to check the progress the original person i had talked to didn't work there any longer???? there's a lot of gaps in this companies service....
