Placed and received an order from myGeneric.com that was not the medication they had furnished before. Attemps to contact this company via email regarding this issue have NOT been successful

I placed an order with Mygeneric.com. The money was taken from my credit card account but nothing has been delivered. I have sent many emails to the company but only got a standard computer generated reply referring me to their website. However when you try and enquire about an order online you need your order to be shown. No orders appear on my account so I cannot contact them apart from direct email. Any advice on what to do now or who to contact would be most helpful. The website also mentions that you can telephone them 24/7 but there is no number !

I made a purchase for 159.00. My credit card was charged and I never received the pill. I attempted to get a refund with no success. This is a scam website. My bank tried and they wait past a certain time frame where you can not recover the funds. I sent many e-mail for months and months. We should get together and sue them for fraud. THis was a nightmare and was not fair. There is no way to contact they and they need to be exposed....
