We are contacting the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General. What they advertise is very misleading and they are very hard to work with...awful! Most of my items qualified, but I was still charged by NFL.com. They give you the run around...in hopes that you just plain give up? They have online trolls EVERYWHERE trying to cover the mess that is their company. STAY AWAY. In the end, you will end up paying more than double for standard or two day shipping with this company. My guess is that they will not make it more than six months...and you will end up paying! The stores (Toys-R-Us, NFL) told me they are hard to work with...Toys-R-US gave me free shipping out of their own pocket...they said they (ShopRunner) is a third party company and that they are having a hard time with them. Save your money...join Amazon Prime or go to RETAILMENOT.com. Free site with 1,000's of free shipping codes. (No, I do not work for them...but the site has saved me a TON of money!)

They kept my money and did not process the email. Then tried to convince me not to cancel it as I had a year to use it. I cancelled regardless as they will never ever swindle another dime from my family!

Shoprunner.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints I canceled it the last day but they page was down everytime i tried to canceled it. i canceled it the following day and didnt want reimburse my money and they dont want to re-activate my account, even though they already charge me the 79.Dont make deal with them

They still charge you $2.99 for "shipping" in stores like Toys R US. Not only that they offer the 30-free trial membership and when you call to cancel the day 31 they still charge you the annual fee of $79 and they say they cannot give you a credit or prorrate the fee. Therefore, in order to get your money back you need to dispute with your bank! ITS COMPLETELY NOT WORTH IT!!!

I "enrolled" on December 9th, could not cancel on January 9th because, oops, December has 31 days in it so I needed to cancel January 8th. Is there some evil troll sitting there waiting on midnight and then jumping up and down when they take our money!

Shoprunner.com customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints Shoprunner is a scam, they won't honor cancellations of the "free trial" stay with Amazon so you won't get cheated. I tried out the "free" trial and most of the good items I wanted were not available for the free 2-day so I cancelled via email. Of course their website now says "Cancel requests: We cannot guarantee the processing of cancel requests through email." How convenient for this SCAM.

They have never stated that to anyone at any point and I will not go into how I know that for sure!!!. You ppl fill all others heads with your nonsense and babbling. You know what you are signing up for when you do sign up...no diff then any other contract that one agrees to...KEEP TRACK OF YOUR DATES AND THAT WOULD NOT HAPPEN!!! Think it is pretty sad that you all act the way you're acting and really need to take a second look at things!!

Cannot make a purchase on borders. Can make a purchase on Babies R Us but yeah, had to pay shipping on one of the items.
Customer service is rude - they will tell you that your problem is with the third party, but Shoprunner has obvious problems with their website and they will not admit it.
What a stupid bunch of morons preying on those of us who think that if Toys R Us allows them to message on their site that they might be legit. THEY ARE NOT!!
So now I am glad that Borders is going bankrupt. They probably got some kind of payoff from SR.
