This store sells guitar and harmonica books

I want to warn people NOT TO TRY TO BUY ANYTHING from this online store. My experience has been just ridiculous. I ordered a guitar book at the end of JULY, 2009, for a friend of mine's birthday, which is on August 3rd. I paid by PayPal on the website, and expected the book to arrive within a week. It is now OCTOBER 9th, and the book still has not arrived. I have spoken with Glenn on the phone three times, re-emailed him my contact information, and every time, he says the book will go out 'this week'. He always has an excuse, and today he blamed ME for it being late, saying I might have put on the wrong address, and that he's going to mail is snail mail and not top priority. HA - I checked it and it is absolutely correct! So, right. It is still not here. I will NEVER, EVER attempt to order anything again from this store and I advise everyone else to do the same. If the book does not arrive this week, I will be forced to go through the hassle of canceling the order through my credit card company. WHAT a pain. He should not be allowed to be in business.
