I wanted to open a stormpay account. Before doing so I made a little investigation.
This is what I found:

If any of you have a StormPay account, you'd better grab your money out now and RUN! Storm Pay is a major scam and they have a reputation with the Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee due to not answering complaints. They have an on-going withdrawal scam now where they won't let you withdraw your money without sending in proof of your identity (even if you have been using them for over a year!) Then they pretend not to have received the documents when you send it in and they keep stalling you so that they can keep your money! If you try to call them (THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS: (931)647-8750) they will tell you everyone is at lunch and that someone will get back to you. SUCH LIARS! I will never do business with these CROOKS again. I have already contacted the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. Their web site was down for days at a time. It was yet another stalling method to prevent people from withdrawing funds. These people must truly be BROKE if they need to steal money. I do believe they are going BELLY UP! Grab your money before it's too late!!!

Now saying I can't accept credit cards & need to upgrade. . .but NO WAY TO UPGRADE! Accepted credit cards before. Also charged be twice when I asked 1 check be sent out, finally took the 2nd off but theres NO WAY TO CHANGE MY STATE in my address!!! They're based in the bahamas. Looks like they're going to steal all my money.

Believe me they will steal all of your money. They seem to keep changing the rules to steal your money. I advise you to do what I did. I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennesee. You can send file a complaint at this web site: www.middletennessee.bbb.org
They are full of it and I can't wait until their greed takes them right out of business!

I cannot beleive that the federal government has not put this and all other illegal money transfer businesses out of business yet...but when they do you can be sure that some people will be spending time in prison.

biggest bunch of liars i have ever come accross froze my account for adult content at $400 when my members tried to get there money back they are all being told different things like they have broke the rules but what has really pissed me off is them telling one of the members i have withdrawn the money and they are sending collection agencys onto me yeah right cmon storm pay you bunch of lying bastards

Beware of Stormpay. I have had a terrible experience dealing with them. Everything is fine until you attempt to withdraw funds. Then all of a sudden their rules change and even though I ship electronically they demanded shipping certificates before releasing my funds. My customers even e mailed them saying that they were happy with the transaction and yet they still refused. It was a nightmare and I ended up refunding all of my customers which they in fact tried to block as it meant them loosing their commission. At the very mildest they are guilty of misrepresentation in their terms and conditions. I would put it more strongly.

My experience with StormPay so far is EXCELLENT!

and always received my money on time. So did
my downline.

I have a list of 87.400+ people and my experience
changes, I'll let you know. So far StormPay for me
is among the top two payment processors.

BTW, StormPay prohibits adult content.

Hey, I even live in Greece and received my funds,
all with a mouse-click and... voila monsieur!

Conclusively, StormPay is the way to pay.

They do have some minor drawbacks, but they
still stand out from their competitors.

...and they continue to improve.

Their customer support is also lightening fast.

Power to these people. They seem ethical to me.
And I don't care where the money comes from - even Mafia, since I get my money.

Well, Well, Well.
I wish I would have found this site just 3 months sooner.
StormPay seems to come up with new excuses to take your money every few months!

Our company has actually had an open account for about 1 1/2 years (I think we signed on very early in their existence). We didn't use them much (one transaction over a years time) until we received a couple of requests from customers. We began offering them as a payment method in October and in late November I made a sale using them (none since). First, we used to be verified, but somewhere down the line they changed us to unverified. Since the company is run from my home, there are no utility bills in the company's name. They wanted a social security card and utility bill to prove my identity when it is the business (which has a Federal Tax Id that was faxed to them already) that has the account. So there was no way for us to have the company back as verified and they never responded to questions. They only have email support. The phone number is a message phone only. AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS!!
Thats the back ground...now the problem.
Our first sale took 2 weeks to process and receive the funds. After shipping our product (we have a signed confirmation of delivery), everything appeared normal for about a week. Then we received a chargeback to our account stating that the buyer disputed the charge with his credit card company. After contacting the buyer directly, he claims that he used funds that were available in his account to pay for the transaction, then StormPay froze his account claiming he received fraudulent funds. StormPay then reversed our payment and STOLE the money from our local business bank account! We are looking for retribution at this time, but StormPay has now SUSPENDED US. We did nothing wrong!

Another complaint about Storm Pay back in October I joined a program called SWT ( Super Wealth Team ) it cost $200 and they paid you out down to the 5th level without having to sponsor anyone but you had to fund your account with Storm Pay I made $460 and got a notice from SP that the funds were in my account but when I tried to withdraw them my request was cancelled and I was chaged back $12 instead when I questioned why they said the funds were never in my account, I sent them the proof and they never answered my many requests for an explanation. THEY ARE CROOKS PLAIN AND SIMPLE AND THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL. If I ever get to Tenessee I will go into their office ask for the manager and when he comes out I will knock his teeth dow his throat and tell him to use the $460 he stole from me to get the dental work done...... STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!

How long have you worked for stormpay? What a Shill !!!!

Stormpay stole nearly $10,000 from our corporate account and claimed it was all chargebacks when all of the money came from different peoples accounts and was exchanged for intgold money.

We have now started legal proceedings against them in an attempt to recover the money and to receive explanations for their deceptive actions.

Hopefully they will be prohibited from trading in the USA as the FTC is planning to initiate proceedings against them for fraud and misrepresentation. www.ftc.gov

The Attorney General of Tennessee informs me that they are not allowed to do business with people who live in Tennessee and the BBB (better business bureau) outright called them frauds and liars.

Beware!!!!

If you have money in there I would suggest drawing out every cent before they are closed down and your money is frozen!

I am believing Storm Pay is a "SCAM" I don't like to always use my credit cards to fund program's or fund money. I have sent several money orders(which is to have no fee)and they appear to only process the one's they wan't, I have missed out on 3 money orders added to my account. When you E-Mail Support, the only thing they say is as of today's date no money order's have came in for your account.Such LIARS!! When tracing one of the money orders, it was signed by stormpay inc. and even though it didn't reach my account, there is nothing noone can do, because it went to the place I sent it to, eve though it didn't make it to my account.

Seems they are not allowed to do business in Tennessee where they are incorporated. Recently they have taken to hitting mlm, matrixes and doubler and stealing their funds and crippling their ability to pay people. They are also reversing (charging back) payments giving the impression that the account holder is the scammer.

Check http://www.truewhois.com and lookup info on stormpay.com which is quite amusing. I would urge anyone to beware of stormpay as it is apparently obvious that they have less ethics than a pedophile.

This is how it works, they get scammed by people doing fraud credit card transactions, the scammer has absconded with the cash before the inevitable chargeback comes in. Stormpay simply pass on the loss by looking for accounts with large amounts of money in to hijack to cover their losses.

Think they are MLM friendly? Think Again!

I managed to obtain this from a person running a doubler that was paying members out on time. Stormpay STOLE $32,000 Thirty Two Thousand Dollars worth of their and their members funds!

STORMPAY SCAM , STORMPAY PAYMENTS, STORMPAY FRAUD

DO NOT TRUST STORMPAY STORM PAY

I wish I had researched before doing business with these fu**ers stormpay.com , they owe me thousands of dollars and they failed to pay me.

At first I requested a check, then 3 weeks later they told me to wait longer, when I contacted them again they said it got returned back to them!

So then I requested that they deposit my $$$ to my account, I filled out their wire application online and submitted the info and was awaiting for my money but it never arrived, then I asked them why is it taking long? they never responded, I sent them over 10 emails and they did not respond, I called their phone number and every time I call it doesn't matter what time of the day I always get a recording and when I leave a message with my phone number and email address no one responds!

They are scammers ! ! !

yes, stormpay has ripped me off too

ive lost around 400$ by stormpay, my account was suspeneded for no reason
when i tried contacting the site admin, i got no response

i followed up with 4-5 more responses, i still have heard
nothing

I agree with the above comments,
Stormpay is a bunch of crooks
