I never received a shipping email from them. I look on my credit card bill and they charged me for it but never shipped. Its been about 2 weeks now and still nothing. I tried calling their 800 number and local number but it keeps going to their answering service. I sent an email asking about my order and haven't received a reply. My buddy placed an order a week before me and he got charged twice. He has tried contacting them and had the same luck as I have. I would avoid tritonhealth.com if I could redo everything.
