On January 29, 2007 I placed an order with VrDrug.com. I have ordered from them previously, without incident. I have emailed them almost daily and cannot get a response at all. My order still says "Order processing pending approval by bank". I am getting extremely upset with their lack of return emails. Hopefully I will either hear from someone, or my order will arrive.

My problem with VrDrug was corrected to my satisfaction. There was a miscommunication between us. Everything turned out okay. Has ordered from them again.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. The SSL certificate is expired and your credit card information is not secure!!! We e-mailed them many times and they have not re-newed the certificate. Your credit card information can be stolen. When you go to the site, the 'little lock' does not appear on the browser. DO NOT TRUST IT!!!

yes ,they do not have ssl and the credit card information can be stolen.Unfortunately I did not notice that and ordered .I am praying there will no be a fraud with my credit card.

I too ordered from vrdrug three days ago giving them ALL of my credit card information including BANK NAME and my 3 digit security code on the back. Today, I got an email saying this: "Dear Valued customer, Due to we have to update our database and switch server for preventing virus and trojan from internet. We have to temporarily close our PAYMENT GATEWAY,Therefore we can not accept any credit cards. We still not confirm that when we can accept Credit card online. Therefore We accept only Western Union for transfer money. However If you want to cancel your order,we will delete your credit card info in 2 hours. (IN this time,your card still not process therefore ,No any transaction on your card ,you can check your balance with your bank.) Please forgive me for this situation. We Really apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for your kindness that placed order with us . Sincerely, Andy Chang." I emailed them to cancel my order/account and have not heard back from them. I AM CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY and REPORTING THEM TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

VRDrug is a reputable online company that I have done business with and it continues to be reputable even though they are temporarily not accepting credit cards. Orders are delivered prompt & accurate and the customer service given by Representative Andy Chang is excellent! I have found no reason not to trust them...

I just went on the site to purchase (haven't completed the process yet), and the lock is showing that it is secured! So, seems okay :D The site is still up and running in 2009 so......don't think it's bad?!?!?!

I have been ordering from vrdrug online for 4 years now.. I have never had a problem and Andy responds to my emails everytime.... I just placed an order 11 days ago..should be here any day...

i have not had any problems with them but there are some sites that look the same out there that will scam you be sure you are on the right one!

I have recently oredered with this company and the service is exceptional. Andy chaung always responds, and as far as there website its because they say when you order that they will send you EMAIL updates. So i believe they are legit and i will continue to order in the future.
