I ordered a small potty pad and a extra pad back on October 31, 2011. When I received it I decided it was to small so I called their customer service to find out how to return the items and I went ahead and reordered the large potty pad with an extra pad. That was on November 5, 2011. I returned the first order right away, but unfortunately I didn't get a tracking number. I order quit a bit online and have never had the problem I am having with Your Store Online. Anyway I called there customer service around December 12th, I was told the shipment was being shipped out on December 13th. Well here it is December 27, 2011 and I called them again this morning. I asked them if my order shipped and he said "no". I told him to cancel my order and credit my account for $44.90. That was when he told me they never received the order I returned, which I don't believe, but can't prove. So supposedly I should be getting a $11.00 refund. I am so damn disappointed with this website. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!
