I USED BILL PAY TO SENT A PAYMENT BUT WHEN I SAW THE LENGTH OF TIME THAT IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO GET THEIR I DECIDED USE ACCOUNTNOW EXPERDITING PAYMENT WITH BILL PAY. THIS SERVICES IS TO BE ELECTRONIC PAYMENT BUT I JUST DICOVER THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IT WAS A CHECK THAT WAS SENT AND IT WONT ARRIVE UNTIL 11/6 NOT 11/2 THAT I WAS TOLD MY THE TRANSATION OF BILL PAY. Have used account now cards for over a year with direct deposit. funds held for transaction is deceptive. terms state 5-10 days release unless fax recvd from originator. My funds were held over 30 days & originator faxed (confirmed sent twice)when I called was told one of two transactions released but unknown to who? Originator has no knowledge. other still being held. fees for release also. Unresolved and no cooperation. law suit in the making. Now searching for others for possible class action.$$ not the issue. Principle is. FTC 7 BBB reports will be filed. Stopped all deposits & company will lose multi thousands over this.

my boyfriend signed up for the card a few months ago for direct deposit every week. every time he tries to use the card there are transactions that he has not made and whenever he tries to call you never get through to anyone. he recently gave me the card and i never used it but money was being deposited into the account. when i tried to access the money all of it was not there and neither one of us had used the card. these ppl are deceptive, they target ppl with low credit or who cant get a bank card and they use them for their scam. Please dont get this card, its a rip off, big time

I had someone take money out of my account and have been fighting to get my money back. I have signed and notarized an affidavant , I did a conference call with the merchant and account now where I was advised that my money was creditteed from the merchant going on 10 days an counting without any help from Account Now. They tell you one thing and do another. This is getting to be ridiciulos. Once I get my money back I am closing my account.

I am still waiting for someone to return my funds to my account since Oct30,2009. I just viewed my account today and 2 transactions of more than two hundred dollars was debit out of my account within seconds from eachother I have been calling the customer service line and it is busy go figure I have reported this scam company to BBB.

I had my tax refund direct deposited to accountnow and they won't allow me to withdrawl even 1.00 my total refund is for 7,139.00 which is on the card and I have not been able to retrieve it and to add insult their customer service reps are very rude. They want me to fax them a copy of my ID and Social Security Card. Which is really none of their business the IRS didn't even ask me for those documents and how dare they. I'm going to fax these items to them and all I know is that if they don't release my money I am definitely going to file a federal lawsuit against them because they have no right to hold my money hostage for no reason what so ever.

I had my tax refund of $3300 go into my account now on 1/29. I used my debit card several times that day without problem. On saturday my debit card was decined. I tried to call customer service but they were closed until Monday. Called Monday and was told to fax SS card,drivers lic. utility bill,& w-2's. I am self employed and have no w-2's. I faxed all documents right away.Called back later that day and was told nothing had been noted on the acct. CS rep told me not to call back,they would call me. 36 hours later I called again. Was told no fax had been received. I have filed a complaint with BBB and contacted a lawyer. Do not use account now!

I ALSO HAD MY TAX REFUND DIRECT DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT NOW CARD. MY TOTAL REFUND WAS $4887. THEY LET ME USE THE CARD FOR A COUPLE HOURS AND THEN THEY FROZE IT. THEY HAD ME FAX OVER A COPY OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, ID, W2 AND UTILITY BILLS. WHEN YOU CALL ALL THEY SAY IS THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET. OR YOU CANT GET THROUGH AT ALL BECAUSE THE LINE IS BUSY. ITS A SHAME THEY ARE DOING THIS TO MILLIONS OF CUSTOMERS, WHO HAVE BAD CREDIT AND CANT GET BANK ACCOUNTS. IM FILING A LAWSUIT, BUT WE SHOULD DEFINITELY GET A CLASS ACTION SUIT TOGETHER! THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT USE ACCOUNT NOW!!!
