Placed an order 3 months ago, never received. Was asked by ecoppolicesupply to wait for 45 days they would refund me in case I dont receive goods. Never received anything in 50 days so asked them again for refund... And what did they do? they charged my credit card again for the same amount they had to refund.
Most terrible answer I got from them was that it could be my banks fault, that's insane I now have received credit card bill ecoppolicesupply people in fact charged my credit card and I will have to pay this amount to make sure bank don't block my card.
Sent copy of my credit card bill to ecop just make them clear that what they did. Now waiting their answer with my fingers crossed and hope they dont charge my credit card again instead of a refunding my both payments they already are sitting on.
Wrote this review to make this mishap public.
