iherb.com is a scam!!!I ordered something for 2 day air and the lazy lagers never sent the order out on time and i STILL didn't get the package. its been a week now. DO NOT order anything from this website its fake and whoever set it up is an unprofessional moron!!!

Used to be great, now don't seem to care. Last order never arrived, although they did charge me, they showed zero interest in chasing it up, so basically I might as well set light to my money and save myself the time and hassle, even though I have spent thousands with them previously. I told them to remove my account, they couldn't care less that they were losing my custom and that of those I had recommended iHerb to.

just been ripped off by i herb placed an order in feb 2010 still not recieved they say it must of been lost cant refund the money or resend the items how many times can they do this and get away with it

I tried to order a fairly large order from iherb but they asked me to verify that the credit card was indeed mine. I declined and said they should cancel the order as I don't feel like sending them my credit card statement. I later found that they had charged my credit card while simultaneously demanding proof from me. Then a week later they refunded the money. Due to exchange rate changes, I lost around $10. I certainly won't be ordering from them again and I wouldn't suggest anyone from overseas order from them. I found somewhere else to buy. Slightly more expensive but good service and no demands for private information.

I have been shopping with iherb for many years now and have never had any problem with them overcharging me or charging me for an order that I didn't receive, or anything. They have always delivered as they said they would. If you do have any problems with them, I am sure they will make it right.

I have been dealing with them for several years, and I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of various herbs and supplements from them on 11 different occasions since 1/8/08, and I have never had the slightest problem with them. Their products are exactly as described, and shipping and delivery is always exactly as described. They do the best job of any supplement vendor in protecting liquids, especially those that come in glass jars, from problems in transit. Their wrapping of such items is awesome. There is no better vendor.
