Xlpharmacy com Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsI placed a small, inexpensive order with XLPharmacy to see if they would deliver and they didn't. I ordered it mid December and attempted to check the status of my order online. But their web site said I couldn't because the 'check status' page was down for maintenance. It's been down for over 3 weeks, yet they can still receive orders and take money.
They took my money quickly. I chatted with on of their attendants online who told me the order was delayed a couple days, but it was in the mail. I shrugged it off.
2 weeks later I chatted with an attendant online who told me that it was delayed 2 days for technical reasons, but it was already in the mail.
I asked what the technical reason was and they said the medicine was out of stock. I tricked the guy by asking when it would be in stock again. He said they didn't know, but they would send it as soon as they got it!!!
So I asked, so you haven't sent it yet? He replied, "No.". But before I was told twice that it was already sent!!! I didn't lose a lot of money, so it's no big deal.
Buyer beware!

While doing the chat with the representative, they always say "next week" you will recieve it. Still nothing. They appear to have taken my money and run!

Besides the info about their withdrawel form Visa form Visa I did not recieve any information about the order. It has been 18 days now since I place my order. They are not respnding to any of my questions.

Xlpharmacy com Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsI ordered from XL Pharmacy a few times. I received my very first order just fine. However, my other orders haven't arrived yet. One of them I placed Nov. 9, 2007 and the other one Dec. 26, 2007. I don't get ahold of anyone on the phone and when I chat live with them I get the same answer, "we'll reship your order." When I told the lady that I just want my money back she said that they can't do a refund until I reject the orders....how am I going to reject an order when it HASN'T ARRIVED????? I am not happy with this company at all and I'm tired of hearing, "We'll reship it."

Xlpharmacy com Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsI ordered Retin-A online and my credit was charged TWICE...Total $290. I never recieved any shipment from them. They first said they had issued a credit then they said their doctor had refused by order, then they told me they sent one order. I contacted them repeatedly via email and was told that they could "prove" I made 2 orders and they didn't have to "make refund". I asked for a tracking number for shipment; they said they don't use this kind of thing and don't have to send me any kind of proof. I am convinced this is a scam.

Xlpharmacy com Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsThis company is frustrating me to no end! I ordered on 2/12/08 and it STILL hasn't arrived! They promise shipment within 10 - 20 business days. last week I called and they told me my order was shipped on 2/13/08 and it would arrive by 3/18/08. i phone today and someone else tells me that it was refused at customs and was reshipped on 3/8/08. Why didn't they get intouch with me and inform me about the delay? I'm not even going to be here when it finally arrive!. Plus, they won't give a refund untill another 30 days after the order Possibly arrives. This is no way to run a business. It is very rare that I get angry, but this company has made me livid!

It is now more than two months since they took my money and I have not recieved the item ordered. They have not answered a single one of their so called support tickets. I am reporting them to my credit card company.
