Posted by: Dana Kali October 3, 2005, 3:46 am StormPay Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaints Good evening Friends, John Miller here. I have found your message board from a dogpile.com search on stormpay complaints and feel the need to add to it my own D.D. I see a lot of information here, some accurate and some not so accurate, but the one thing everyone seems to agree on is that stormpay has done something wrong. In my own case the amount is more than any amount I see posted on this board and they refuse to let me w/d to my bank or even pay members with it. My business is a legit investment group as well as web hosting and advertisment services which they have known since day one of launch, never had a claim ruled against me and only 2 chargbacks ever against my account. Long post I understand, but I like giving all the info one may need to get things taken care of. I have filed my own complaints with the FTC and the TN SEC as well as having a lawyer on the case from Cushing Oklahoma where I do business. The information I received from the FTC on the phone this morning was that they will track all complaints and take action according to the record of complaints they receive. The funds stormpay is holding belong not to me, but to our investors, which means we MUST have access to that money to invest for returns which go back to our members. I invite any who have had problems with stormpay or other payment processors or programs to join us in our quest for the TRUTH. We have a service called Due Diligence World located at http://www.duediligenceworld.com and for the moment membership is free so join us now and post your VALID information in the proper forum within our service. We will then present the information needed to file your complaint with the proper agencies. Thank you all and God bless,, John Miller. Posted by: John Miller October 25, 2005, 5:55 pm StormPay Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsHi, Im from Arabian Gulf, i hope that i read this page before i joind stormpay, im using it to sale products, i have a 4 chargebacks on one month cost me over 120 $, i think i will pay over 10 000 $ on this year if i stay on this company. they never unswer a clear unswers, you ask something and they unswer you another things. i just pay money to be netIBA and pay for the debit card for nothing, i lost 200 $ for nothing. while im checking about stormpay i saw that there is a sallers sent the items and after that there are refunded transiction on there accounts. anyway sorry for the wrong spelling, i hope to do not join this company if you are thinking to join it. i lost 200 $ for noooooothing !!!! where is the protection ?! they are liers. i remember one day i fight with them for the chargebacks and after that they cancel one chargeback and return the money to me and when i asked regarding the anther chargback transictions they ignore, i think they are jokers !! someone should stop them !!! before i have a big dream with stormpay but now every thing is cleared , they are JOKERS Posted by: User November 8, 2005, 3:12 am StormPay Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsSame experience as I've read before...Over the years of uding SP I had a couple of chargebacks and upon inquiring was either a) ignored, or b) lied to and told purchase was made with a stolen credit card. Contacted buyer directly and they advised their stormpay account had been locked for cone cockamamie crap. He called his CC company and the charge HAD actually been processed...SP was trying to charge this customer, and reverse and charge me the reversal fee, as well as taking the $$ out of my SP account. Bastard thieves. At this point, they have stolen hundreds of thousands from users by freezing accounts of the autosurf admins. No warning, no outside (read: government order) force, they just decided to do it. SP: To be avoided at all costs. Posted by: Kevin February 4, 2006, 3:31 pm StormPay Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsI funded my stormpay account with a bank draft directly from my bank in Vancouver, Canada. Over a week ago I requested a withdrawal from my account--the transaction says Pending (supposed to be sent by DHL)but so far Nothing. E-mailed questions are now ignored as previously an answer would take about two days. This is the biggest fraud and I was stupid enough to send them my money. Although I believe strongly in the internet, its ...holes like Stormpay who create all of the suspicion, distrust, and negativity. Offline business can be just as dangerous and I'm new to the Net, but I won't be quitting. Don't give up, just do more research (I didn't check out stormpay on the net--stupid mistake). Google any business and keep on checking out the forums because if a company has any dirt, its liable to turn up sooner or later. As soon as I read--Not Paying or Not Responding to customer e-mails--thats the big warning. I'll send in a complaint to Tennessee authorities about Stormpay but I believe that I've lost my funds, approximately two thousand bucks and I'm just an account holder--not an auto-surf merchant or MLMster--so ther can be no excuse for witholding my funds. Stormpay thinks its being smart but those two owners are going to be in for some surprises one day in their lives. What goes around, eventually comes around. So, scamsters like them will eventually meet their Waterloo, but the rest of us--if we stay on the straight and narrow--we'll make it and prosper. I only regard this as a temporary setback. February 10, 2006, 12:32 am StormPay Latest customers & affiliates reviews, comments, possible complaintsWell, They froze my account over 6 months ago now, and said i have to wait 180 days, Now 180 days is gone, they will not answer my e-mail's, I have over 20k in my account, and i will fight them all the way, I earned this money from hard work from making and installing scripts for people. This is not right, They will not get away with it, If i'm going to lose my money and the rest of you all, I sure am going to put up a good fight to make them join us all. What goes around, comes around. Regards Ernest thekingshere@aol.com Posted by: Ernest February 10, 2006, 11:14 am |
