My story is kind of lengthy so I'll try to make it as informative as possible... I was doing business with safemeds.com for about 2 years and after I placed an order with them and it was charged to my bank card never delivered, they posted a message on their site that said all their orders were now being done by xlpharmacy.com SO, after trying to get a refund, they told me that their merchant account was closed and they couldn't offer me a refund BUT that they would give me a credit of $80 to the new site they were using. Needless to say, i tried it out and the coupon code worked. I paid NOTHING and like most people who have written reviews here, my order never arrived. Well, after a million excuses, they said they would re-ship the order. Not long after that, the order arrived... OH YAY! JOY TO THE WORLD.... right? ....WRONG!!!! it was the wrong medication! So I called them and immediately got someone on the phone (which to this day I haven't had trouble doing...) and told them what they shipped me and they informed me to throw it away and that the correct shippment was on the way. After giving it the alloted amount of time, it never arrived......AGAIN... I called almost a MONTH after the 2nd shippment was scheduled to arrive and the representative informed me that they would re-ship it AND that now I could track the order through the US Postal website which was VERY convenient! They arrived and now the site has a tracker link on the site for ALL orders :)

Regarding XLPharmacy. I ordered from them and promptly received my order twice. Then I placed an order on January 4,2008. And I waited and waited. Finally I used their live chat feature to communicate one on one with a rep. They told me that they were going to reship. And I waited and waited. Again the live chat. This time it would be sent registered. And I waited. And I was beginning to wonder if I was being ripped off. Back to live chat. It was going to be reshipped Express mail and I was given a tracking number. And it arrived sooner than they predicted. Now they ship all orders express mail, guaranteed to arrive 7-10 days. So they aren't bad guys!!

Yeah all these losers complain which is sad because it represents laziness on their part. I read this thread after I purchased at XLPharmacy and was quite pissed and sad. I thought I would never receive my stuff. And I didn't - at first. I gave those fools a month. Then, you know what I did? It was really magical I guess! I CALLED! Yeah unlike the losers here who complain on some thread not related to the site and will not help them get their stuff, I first tried to use their online customer support. Oops! It doesn't work. Boo hoo. Did I give up? Hell no! I called them. Yeah, I picked up my phone and called them. I got someone on the line in 2 rings. I told them I hadn't received my stuff and they said they will ship it immediately through Express. In less than a week later, I got my shipment through Express with tracking number and all. It was my exact order and packaged excellent. So all you morons that come here to complain when you could be calling and getting your stuff, you are the real losers. As for me ever buying from XLPharmacy again? Hell no LOL. The stuff comes from India (as said on return label and Customs stamps). So maybe all your stuff was seized. Maybe my first one was seized. If it is, just call them and they ship it again. I know picking up a phone can be hard for some of you fatties, but that's life!

Well, I had the same problems as others. They blamed customs, then their supplier. I never got any notifications from customs about it. After 3 months I started reading everything here and was about to give up, thinking it's a scam. I complained again after 3 months and they said they'll ship Express. After a day I watched it in customs for 3 days, then it gets here the next day. Yep, Mumbai India. The drugs are made by Sun Pharma which is also in the US, and some other companies I've never heard of. I think everyone getting stuff before were not in the US and that may have been the problem. The US wants a monopoly on their own people maybe. Anyway, for now expect 5-10 days, but who knows how long before it's stopped if our customs disagrees for some political B$ rea$on$. :P

XLPharmacy is one of the biggest fraud online pharmacy u will ever find on this earth. i have been charge thrice for one single order. i just dont understand how can they do tht. now they have clone their site and call themself www.directbuymeds.com, beware of this this two online pharmacy.

ordered once to try them. rec'd it with a substantial wait. liked the product, ordered again. waited, waited, nothing. got an email asking if my order had arrived, i replied that it had not, they said they would send out a replacement which never arrived. tried phoning got a stupid aqua song on infinite repeat. i'll try phoning once more in the day but i would put them down as a scam.

More problems than space permits. Bottom line, I ordered a simple athsma inhaler almost five months ago, generated several support tickets, recieved lots of emails promising delivery but still have not recieved my order. Most recently I recieved an email saying that they had changed things, my order was shipped and I could go to my account for a tracking#, guess what, no tracking# exists. These folks have really pissed me off! I have demanded a refund several times but I just get more promises (and discount tickets). Won't make this mistake again.

I have bought a couple of medications out here and the services seem pretty good. The only time I did not receive my meds I found out that US-Customs kept it.(Regularly it takes from 15 to 30 days to reach me) I-ve been doing business xlpharmacy as an affiliate and i'm even making $500 to $750 a month just with google and yahoo positioning, no paid advertising. Don't get me wrong, I used AdWords for the first couple of months and now I dont pay a single dime for advertising, and customers, not an ocean of them of course, buy from my site regularly. In general I think it's a good policy to make a small first buy and after you're certain that everything works ok, then buy as you would normally. Greetings, A Scultz.
