On 2/14/2012 my prepaid card was restricted because unknowingly I exceeded a 3000.00 card to card transfer limit. I contacted Accountnow on 2/14 and they ask that I fax in my license, social card, and a current bill. Promptly I faxed the items from firestone where I was having my truck fixed and my card was declined. I have 2570.00 on this card. I have been faxinf these same documents in atleast 5 times a day since 2/14. I have contacted Accountnow daily atleast 5 times a day just for them to tell me that they havent received my faxes. On 2/16 I was told that my faxes was received and to give them 1-3 business days to review them. I contacted accountnow on 2/21 and was told by several reps that my documents havent been received yet. I have become very impatient because i get a different story everytime I call. The only thing they tell me is to keep faxing the documents. I feel like if they havent received them by now they will never receive them. I have several bills and I need help with this situation ASAP.I live in Alabama and California is very far from here. I called them yesterday and was told that I need to contact the people who did the card to card transfer to my card and have them fax in documents. I have been unable to get in contact with these people and feel that this isnt fair to me. I live off of this card and have my payroll checks direct deposited that have been rejected and sent to God knows where. Please help me get my money off of this card and accountnow

someone somehow got ahold of my debit card number and bought $61.99 worth of stuff. I called them and explained, and the guy responds with, "okay, well do you have any information about the order such as an order number?" So I say, no of course not because like I just said, it wasnt me. So then he starts asking for my email address that I would've used to buy stuff online with. I say no, because I havent bought $61.99 worth of crap online. He asks if I've bought contacts online. So I once again say NO. He went on and on and continued to say that he will file a dispute and that they will be in contact with my bank, but I should still contact them anyway asap. I asked if he could tell me a name or shipping address or something and all he could say was that the account was held in Illinois. So I start freaking out, "NO S*** BECAUSE I LIVE THERE!" Goes on to tell me he cant tell me anything more than that and if I want to know more I should contact my bank. Called the bank the next day (because it was a Sunday) and they said they see the dispute, and the money was still pending, so if I dont get it back by wednesday to call them. Wednesday comes, dont have it, call the bank, THEY POSTED THE TRANSACTION ANYWAY, INSTEAD OF CANCELLING THE ORDER. I went to the website to see how you order, all they ask for is the cardholder name, debit number, and expiration. No cvc number or anything, and they allow you to ship to a p.o. box. This website is f***ing ridiculous.

I have been a customer for about 4 years now and never have I been so disappointed with accountnow. I reported a dispute to them and they deactivated my card, which was expected. They shipped my card the next day, so they said. Unfortunately, I realized that I was expecting my payroll and I have no way to access it. I have a one year old and my husband is unemployed so I need my money. I called to see if they could cancel the card they shipped and issue a new one and fedex it at my expenses. Not only did they act like I was not who I said I was, but the dude hung up on me. Now I have money in my account but cannot access it. We are having to borrow from relatives and scrape for food. I am very disappointed in the level of service given.

when pax says on the tv comercial: this is not a twelve step program THIS WORKS it is laughable as if anything other than aa works to any high percentage. there isnt anything that compares to aa thats just a fact . so you passages malibu should stop lying to people.
