They still have automatic recharge, and they do not tell you about this until it is too late to stop the process. This happened to me tonight. I was trying to use up my minutes so I could cancel my account, because I have had many problems with poor sound quality and several numbers reached that I did not dial. During my conversation tonight, a voice warned me that I had $3 left and it would attempt an automatic recharge. Ten seconds later, they stole $25 from my account that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. If you call customer service, some friendly people in India will tell you that they have a strict no-refund policy and there's nothing they can do. If you cancel your account, you lose your minutes.
