I have made at least 10 attempts to communicate with them by phone and their online help desk. They reply only with canned, generic responses not related to my problem. They will not allow me to return the incorrect medication or refund my money. Worse, they are sending me advice to take the medication anyway, CONTRARY TO THE MANUFACTURER LABELING which I emailed to them as proof of being the wrong med. I'll admit that the shipping is VERY slow. But you have to take into consideration that the meds are being shipped from several countries which all have customs, which slows the shipping process. The average shipment time is about 3 weeks. I had no prescription at the time I placed the order at DrugDelivery, but the lack of prescription did not stop them from selling the medication, or at least charging my credit card. Now after doing research and understanding the implication of selling prescription drugs with no prescription, I think Drug Delivery is not serious company. Were this escrow service ethical, they would never sell Tamiflu, Relenza and many other drugs without prescription. As I know now, if people start taking these drugs without being infected, the swine flu virus can mutate, and if does it may become resistant to such medication. In the event of an influenza virus mutation, humanity would be left with no effective medication to deal with the disease, so the outbreak would be really deadly (please check the World Health Organization for reliable advice on the matter and dismiss Drug Delivery cheap intents to profit from this situation).
