The affiliate software they use does not even give you the ability to update your account info. The claim to send payments and invoices out on a monthly basis, but I have yet to see any correspondence from them. You have no indication of payments or balances from their affiliate account pages. I have earned over 100 pounds over several months and my repeated attempts to contact anyone there have been unsuccessful. Several times I have earned a sale, only to have that sale mysteriously get canceled out months later. amazingly, The affiliate contact email, affiliates@xfactordates.com bounces back all messages. They do not return any emails or messages. I went as far as to call them (from the states) several times, only to be blown off by their receptionist.
