I really wanted the dual core mac they had on their site, but when I got ready to buy, it, supposedly it was not available. During purchasing the 2.3 the sales guy assured me if the dual core which is a newer model became available during the, 90 day warranty period he would exchange it. After 30 days the dual core suspiciously appeared again. I called and talked to Chris regarding the exchange, and he changed his story to say he said 30 days. (who do they think I am, a fool?) after I settled for the 2.3 dual ,he reassured me that if I have any problems with the unit, he would take care of me. Now I'm have problems with the unit and they are trying to give me the typical run around. Wanting me to pay to get the unit checked and possibly pay for repairs. Thing is, I live 15 minutes away, and have the luxury of paying them a visit in person with the computer. I will demand repair or replacement, or I will contact the executives at Apple Corp., and have the media to do a story on their bad business dealings with consumers. They have no idea how much hell I will give them. After all this is Hollywood, CA. The news media would love to have this juicy story, and the bad reviews. People are sick and tired of being screwed around by these type businesses. I ordered a video card and usb expansion card with express shipping. The day it was supposed to arrive, and it didn't they told me the usb expansion card was discontinued. Idiots, selling discontinued hardware on their website. When it finally arrived in 7 business days (when I actually paid for 3 day delivery) the video card arrived in fed ex box wrapped in bubble wrap! No original box just the card and bubble wrap! THEY ARE TOTAL IDIOTS. When I couldn't get the video card to work I contacted them for support. They boast top quality technical support and customer service. This is total BULLSH!T. They are totally lame. Some useless rep by the name of Nino just sent me email to send it back. So I paid to get it shipped to me, paid to send it back and now they charged me a restocking fee of $34!
