They have charged my account for the fee but have not responded to any of my emails about why all of a sudden my password and Hint answer does not work. They don't answer any of their posted phone numbers. Their 24x7 On-line support errors out. If this isn't a scam it is doing a fair impression of one. The RAL they offer will still charge you if you don't qualify. This outrageous. Then, when you need to speak to someone, you go through a ridiculous amount of red tape. Their Web Site went down right after we filed and we couldn't even get their phone number, then when we finally did get someone, they couldn't speak clear English and it took 3 days to finally get someone whom we could understand and still couldn't get answers.
