Okay so, I sent 2 different transactions to them. I got the money from my first transaction, every last cent within about 10 days. Sent directly to my paypal account. I'm due more money from my second box but I have complete confidence that it will be worked out. The one downfall of this company is that communication with them is a bit annoying because you can't call anyone but you have to go to their website and submit an inquiry which takes about 2 or 3 days to get a response and when the response leaves you with more questions you have to submit another question so it's not very customer friendly, however, I did get paid for at least 1 of my transactions with them so they're not a "scam" .... I will update this site with my final conclusion.

I find it odd that people make these rambling complaints on complaint boards like children. I recently sent my games in and they were received about 2 days ago. I haven't received a call or email yet, however, I understand that it may take some time. Based on Thomas's comment it has been less than a week since they received the merchandise yet he's trashing a company publicly. Here's why that absolutely annoys me...

Firstly, he says that he has not had contact with customer service yet he says they have the worst. What made them the worst? The fact that they haven't had a chance to respond? Or are you leaving out details? How or why on earth would someone report a company to the "authorities" simply because they haven't gotten a reply in less than 7 days???

It's this spastic behavior that keeps people like myself and others in the dark about a company's true intentions. One because you really haven't given the company time, and 2 because all we have to go on is your word.

On the one hand, you had a bad experience and warn us to not trust them. On the other hand, you're being a terrible customer...

Personally, I would hope that I didn't get scammed out of my games and I will definitely update this complaint board either way, however, this goes out to all the irate customers who are throwing tantrums because you are impatient! STOP THAT!!! It makes us other more level headed customers nervous! Just be patient!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I sent a box of Xbox360 games USPS Parcel Post with delivery tracking. It was received by them on Monday and they have NEVER contacted me since. The only reason I knew it was delivered was by my checking the delivery confirmation. After repeated emails to them with no response the proper local, state, and federal authorities are being contacted. DO NOT FALL FOR THE ACTIONS OF THESE THIEVES!! AT THE BEST THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY THERE IS!! You are better off selling your stuff at a garage sale than using this fraudulent company!!
